	Harford County Best Cards © 2010, The Real Deal For Non-Profits! Harford County Best Cards © was developed to encourage the community to patronize local businesses and to serve as a fundraising tool for non-profit organizations. How It Works Harford County Best Cards © will be marketed and sold to individuals and through non-profit organizations and retail stores at $20 per deck of cards. The cards will be packaged in a format similar to a deck of playing cards thereby making it easy for consumer use. Each deck of cards will contain over 50 different merchant cards consisting of items and services offered by local businesses in Harford County. Each card will provide a detailed description of the individual merchant offer as well as other promotional information. One face card in the deck will contain the index of all 50+ merchants. Participating merchants will be comprised of the following: restaurants, sports, entertainment, jewelry, hair salons/spas, clothing, framing & art, home & garden, wine & spirits, dry cleaners, etc. Each Harford County Best Card © is valid for the listed promotional offer(s) from November 1, 2009 - December 31, 2010. The card will be disposed of by the respective business once all offers (specified by the merchant) are redeemed. Discount offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers. When applicable, the purchaser is asked to recognize satisfactory service by tipping the customary percentage of the total bill before discount. The purchaser is asked to honor all participating merchant limitations and asked that they comply with all restrictions to receive their discounts.
