	Harford County Best Cards © will be marketed and sold to individuals and through non-profit organizations and retail stores at $20 per deck of cards. The cards will be packaged in a format similar to a deck of playing cards thereby making it easy for consumer use. Each deck of cards will contain over 50 different merchant cards consisting of items and services offered by local businesses in Harford County. Each card will provide a detailed description of the individual merchant offer as well as other promotional information. One face card in the deck will contain the index of all 50+ merchants. Each Best Card © is good from November 1, 2009 – December 31, 2010. The card will be disposed of by the respective business once all offers (specifed by the merchant) are redeemed. We're in the News!
